Biography

Rachel has a passion for supporting providers in providing safe and quality childcare programs so families can work or go to school. Having crucial conversations with staff, directors and community leaders is something Rachel excels at and she would love to connect more resources and trainings to South Dakota childcare providers. Rachel oversees the SDSU-Family Resource Network and is coordinator for Region 4 of the South Dakota Early Childhood Enrichment System. Her responsibilities include grant administration, staff supervision, fiscal operations, and statewide initiatives.
