All deliveries should be accepted in the main lobby of the residence hall (i.e., food, flowers, packages, etc.). Upon claiming your package, bring along your student identification card. For items that are perishable, desk staff try to send a notice to your “Jacks” e-mail account in addition to placing a slip in your mailbox. You are responsible for the perishable items you receive. Please check your campus account often.
