Contracting Timeline
Tenants who currently hold a signed lease will have priority for re-application/selection. They will have until Dec. 15th, 2023 to renew their lease for Fall 2024.
We are already making offers and will continue to do so.
Students interested in signing a lease for Fall 2024 should fill out the interest form above. Housing & Residential Life will start making offers in January 2024 as availability is confirmed.
